As outlined on our website and in your order confirmation email, we request that all components are checked against the instruction manual or video before you begin construction.
If you find any parts are missing, please take a clear photo of all the components you received, laid out together in a single image. This helps our team quickly and accurately identify what’s missing. Email this photo along with your order number (#LP1234) to contact@luxeypets.com.
Once we’ve reviewed your photo, we’ll provide you with the next steps and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
