Warranty

Luxey Pets offers a 2-year warranty on structural and parts defects for our products. We are committed to repairing or replacing any product or component found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period. At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or issue credit for any product or part we identify as having a manufacturing defect. 

This warranty applies to all products used as intended under normal conditions. It does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, severe weather events, damage from products being insufficiently secured, misuse, improper assembly or accidental damage. Given the varied and often harsh conditions in which our products are used, this warranty does not cover surface treatments.

Luxey Pets reserves the right to make design or specification changes at any time without obligation to owners of previously purchased products.
