This cat enclosure has been designed for use by cats only and is not covered for damage resulting from Dogs or other animals housed in or outside of the enclosure.
Due to the size of the netting squares, LuxeyPets recommend kittens (6 months and under) should not be left unattended for prolonged periods within the enclosure.
Ground fasteners have been provided with your product to assist in keeping the cage from moving or blowing over in high winds. Please be mindful that in strong winds, sandbags or ropes (not included) should be used as protection against instability.

I bought this enclosure to keep in the basement for my foster kittens. I have fostered around 30 kittens in the past year. It was a little difficult to get the net over the frame, but with the help of my husband, we were able to put it together in less than two hours. So far, the Kittens love climbing up the sides and playing in the hammock. I like the strong zipper entryway. I feel that it keeps them secure when I have them play outside their crate and I’m not in the room.

Hands-down, this is a very good product! It’s just what I was looking for to put on my deck and attach to my bedroom Window. It is helpful to have two people to put it together as far as stretching the net but it’s worth it because it has a very nice neat look and is not an eyesore, which was one of the things I didn’t want. I did have a hard time getting customer service to answer questions and I wanted to purchase another shade cloth, but they would not sell it separately. Other than those two issues, I would definitely recommend.

Great space for our new farm cats to get acclimated to our yard. Well-made, plenty of room for two cats to enjoy themselves for a couple of weeks. Not sure what we are going to do with it moving forward… Maybe I'll put in a little cat door so they can get in and out.

My enclosure arrived quickly! It was a little difficult to put together (at a minimum need two people lol), but my cats love it so much! Theyre always begging to go outside now
We have 2 cats. One was a stray and the other a kitten. The kitten never wants to come back in. The stray likes it in smaller doses but would prefer complete freedom. My only suggestion would be to have the zipper 2 way so I can get out easier.
I purchased the XL enclosure for my Maine Coon and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and spaciousness it offers! My cat absolutely loves it, and it's spacious enough where he can safely enjoy the outdoors, bask in the sun, and dream about being in the wild. The LuxeyPets customer support is wonderful as well, as they took the time to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend their products!
Works but not great. Other brands look better at base and build.
Had holes that my cat escaped. Very painful and hard to stretch netting left my hands bleeding. Took 2 hrs or longer to build with help.

Safety is our priority - we certainly do not recommend anyone continue with assembly if any injuries are likely to occur. With regards to the openings, our instructions outline how to use supplied fixings to ensure all openings are secured to ensure no escape. Our enclosures are specifically designed to keep adventurous cats safely enclosed.

I have a special needs cat. I needed a way to create a safe, secure environment for him.After what felt like months of searching, I finally found the portable cat cage. I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. First, the assembly is so easy. I was able to assemble the frame in about 10 minutes by myself. Putting on the netting is a two person job, once we developed our system it went on with moderate effort. (I recommend reinforcing the netting to the frame with additional zip ties) The structure is secure, sturdy, and I feel confident this structure will be safe for him longterm. My only critique is the door. Because my cat lives inside this enclosure, I go in an out often. The door is a trip hazard and could use a redesign - even still Im happy with the quality and my boy is too.
Spacious & heavy duty netting. Does take 2 people to put netting on. Good materials. My 2 seven yr old cats love it. I bought a plastic cat tree to put inside. Big zipper opening to get cats when they don't want to come back in. Bought lightweight waterproof tarp to cover it. Recommend this .
I wanted my cats to explore outside. This product does the job!
I will say it took more time to set up the first time. With little strength in my hands, it took an hour. I really recommend gloves when pulling on the net. But I also struggled with connecting some of the rods to start.
Husband helped with dismantling and it took less than 20 minutes. We kept the enclosure up for two weeks and feel the net did stretch. I anticipate an easier set up next time.
Its big enough for all of them to go out and enjoy the outdoors without me worrying about wild animals interacting with them. Its also big enough for another smaller catio to fit inside.
Easy install. No headache! No tools! Great price! Very roomy for my five cats and me to sit inside with them.
Its just easy, easy to move around or relocate to the grass. I can fill it with perches and beds and not worry about a thing. Theyre safe and secure and protected from the sun with the sun shade sail that comes with it. Only downfall is that they dont have a zipper to get out from the inside. But I have a feeling theyre gonna change that ! Great customer service that were there every step of way to help me with the order and install questions.
This enclosure is big enough for a cat to explore in all the corners. The string is strong enough to hold up even when the cat tries climbing it, and the zipper is sturdy and smooth, making it easy to get in and out. I plan on getting the cat tower too, but in the meantime, put in chairs, stools, and cat crate so that she can climb over and under things. It even comes with shade and a hammock. Such a great way for Taxi cat to enjoy the outdoors safely.
I am so happy I found Luxey Pets and this catio. My adventure cat kept almost escaping the catio I put together, and with this one she has been so secure. I feel safe knowing she can't get out and now she's been spending all her time outside. The dimensions fit my space perfectly so she can be in the patio and in the catio,and there's enough room for me.
She also has climbed the netting and it's so secure! I am hoping to save up and get another, because my patio area is quite large.

Easy to put together and sturdy.
The only problem was the letter labels for the bagged parts didn't match the letters on the directions. However, I just matched the parts to the pictured items.

I was able to assemble the frame by myself however the netting was hard to fit onver the frame. My neighbor came over to help me and after about an hour it was ready. We did reinforced the bottom by installing more cable ties to hold it in place. I really feel that the way the netting is assembled makes it difficult for one person. If it was panels (top panel, side panels short or long) one person could do it themselves. I have added cable ties to hold the door opening in place so that I can open and close it.

The netting is very strong so no worries of my cat being able to get out. I have the double XL. It was difficult to get the netting on but that is due to the fact I set this up alone. Im pretty small, 107lbs 5 tall, so I can set this up alone, it would be no issues with two people. I do recommend getting your own zip ties as the ones that come with the kit are not going to cut it, they break as soon as you pull on them.

I bought theXL enclosure. I was able to put it together by myself expect for the mesh. It took two people and a lot of hand strength to get it on. But its made to be tight so it's understandable. I am really pleased with the quality. I bought some marine carpet for the floor. My cat seems to enjoy it.
the ease putting together, it's sturdy cats have climb side once after that they are happy and i am too to give them some outdoor time - I need another one - I am trying to house 14 cats-
This give our cats room to roam and I don't have to worry about their safety. They just love it, watching birds, squirrels and getting sun and shade. It's easy to move and we got a cat tower for inside. Super easy to assemble and GOOD QUALITY, which is so important. thank you
The cat enclosure arrived in time and in good condition. The setup was pretty easy, and so far, the cats are enjoying being outside. And it is a comfort for me becasue they're safely enclosed when outside now. The enclosure seems sturdy, and I am satisfied with it!
