Cat Enclosures
Can I attach an enclosure to a window or door?
Of course. We offer an option cat tunnel accessory that is perfect for allowing free access to cat doors, windows or doors.
Do you make custom enclosures?
No, our enclosures are prefabricated and shipped as kits.
Do they protect cats from predators?
Our enclosures are designed to keep cats safe whilst inside the enclosed area. They are not designed, nor intended to be used to protect from predators. If you live in an area with predators such as coyotes, we suggest taking other measures to protect your cat.
How do I enter and exit?
All of our enclosures ship with a weatherproof, heavy duty F shaped zipper designed to allow easy access for cat parents whilst ensuring no escaping kitties.
Do they blow over?
All of our enclosures ship with ground fixings and wind generally passes through the netting without issue. If you live in a area with strong winds, we suggest weighting down as a precaution.
Are they steel or PVC?
All of our enclosures are made with premium galvanized steel frames and we NEVER use PVC parts.
Cat Towers
Can I customize my tower?
Technically yes, however customization is only available within the confines of the parts supplied within the tower kit you purchased. We do not sell spare parts for reconfiguration.
Do I need anchor bases?
Our anchor base packs are designed to add additional stability if you find that your tower is sliding on slippery surfaces or is slightly unstable on even ground.
Do they hold Maine Coons?
Yes. We have many customers with Maine Coons that our towers handle without issues. You can find 100s of reviews of customers towers providing joy to numerous cats at one time.
Do the towers hold up in humid weather?
Our towers are made for humid conditions! Our textilene mesh hammocks are use non porous pvc coating to ensure no fungus or mold are trapped. Making our towers easy to clean and sanitize.
How do I clean them?
Our towers are simple to clean. Simply wet and wipe down with a damp cloth and add sanitizer if you wish. Then simply hose down and allow to drip dry.
Are they difficult to assemble?
No. No tools are required and if instructions are followed correctly, set up should take no time at all.
